Firefighting
This is one of our main emergency services. We promise to suppress and eliminate any safety threats in order to prevent death, accidents, the destruction of properties and environmental pollution. We’re always prepared to provide this service in order to keep the city of Maysville a safe place.
Emergency Medical Services
Maysville VFC staffs a 100% volunteer ambulance. Our EMS providers are capable of providing both Basic Life Saving Support and Advanced Life Saving Support. Our providers train constantly to ensure sharpened skills.
Motor Vehicle Rescues
A delicate approach is necessary in order to minimize injury during this type of operation. Our personnel are all trained in Vehicle Rescue operations and some are even Vehicle Rescue Technicians! Maysville Volunteer Fire Company counts on well-trained personnel who are fully equipped with the latest technologies to deal with these kinds of situations while minimizing damage to both properties and humans.
Specialty Rescues
Maysville VFC is trained in a wide range of specialty rescues. Our members are trained in Rapid Intervention Team (RIT), Trench rescue, Swift Water, Rope Rescue, Confined Space, Heavy Machinery Recuse, and Hazardous Materials incidents.
Fire Scene Investigation
Our fire and rescue personnel are well trained to approach, analyze and understand each emergency situation with close attention to detail. That way they can quickly assess and act upon every crisis they encounter. You should feel confident knowing that should this emergency occur, we’ll be there immediately for you.
